If you have a penchant for investing in small-cap stocks, then you can look at the three listed below.

Here’s why they’re currently highly rated by analysts:

Audinate Group Limited (ASX: AD8)

The first small-cap ASX stock for investors to watch this week is Audinate.

It is the leading provider of digital audio-visual networking technology behind the Dante Audio over IP networking solution.

The company emphasizes that the solution is a world leader and is widely used in the professional live sound, commercial installation, broadcast, public address and recording industries. Dante can replace traditional analog cables by transmitting perfectly synchronized AV signals over long distances to multiple locations simultaneously using only an Ethernet cable.

UBS is a big fan of the company. The brokerage set a buy rating and a $10.20 price target on Audinate stock last month. This implies a potential upside of over 20% for investors from current levels.

Another small-cap ASX stock worth watching for investors this weekend is Bigtincan.

It is a growing provider of enterprise mobile software for retail and service organizations. This AI-powered sales automation platform is designed to enable sales representatives to interact more effectively with customers.

Judging by its growing customer base, which includes the likes of Nike, Guess, Prudential and Starwood Hotels, and its strong annual recurring revenue growth, it seems to be working well. The latter rose 126% to $120.1 million in FY2022.

Morgan Stanley remains very positive on the company’s outlook and expects continued strong growth in fiscal 2023. So much so that it currently has an outperform rating and a $1.15 price target on its shares. That’s more than double the current share price.
