This is in addition to adaptive chassis control, matrix LED headlights, occupant protection (active seat belts), heated steering wheel, massage front seats, tablet holder and sleeping bag – with tri-zone climate control and wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. Hyundai and Kia; and virtual cockpit and front ventilated seats behind the Mazda.

2022 ŠKODA KODIAQ Sportline dashboard

The Kodiaq Sportline is powered by a 132kW/320Nm turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine with four-wheel drive and a 7-speed DSG transmission. The Kodiaq has a smooth ride and relatively dynamic handling.

The third-row seats are tight, but covered by side airbags, which is a bonus.

The Kodiaq is a smart competitor to the Kia Sorento, Hyundai Santa Fe, Mazda CX-8 and more similarly sized SUVs, and it’s a car you should definitely drive if that’s what you need
