A man has been identified at Sydney Harbor Bridge

To live

The distinctive tattoo helped police identify the driver of the stolen four-wheel drive, who was involved in a fire crash on Sydney’s Harbor Bridge, as a 19-year-old boy from Queensland.

Accident at rush hour Monday morning three people were injured, including a teenager who remains at the Royal North Shore Hospital under police protection with serious head injuries incompatible with life.

Police say the Toyota Kluger he was driving was stolen just before 7 a.m. from central Sydney before it crashed into his forehead – just minutes later – into a van, overturned and caught fire.

The van bounced off the crash, crashing into a third car.

Three drivers were hospitalized, and the next massacre closed the bridge for about three hours, causing traffic chaos.

Investigators were able to identify Kluger’s driver after a public request for information on Tuesday, which included the publication of a photo of a distinctive tattoo on the man’s arm.

Police thanked the public and the media for their help in identifying the person.

An investigation into the circumstances of the disaster is ongoing.
