AIP will conduct a virtual tour of Oji Fiber Solutions

The Australian Institute of Packaging (AIP) will host a virtual tour of Oji Fiber Solutions (OjiFS) on Wednesday 26 October 2022 from 10am to 11am AEDT.

During this virtual tour, AIP attendees will learn more about Oji Fiber Solutions, how its ten packaging plants and six distribution centers across Australasia support key industries, and see how corrugated packaging is made at the 5-star facility in Yatala, Queensland.

The virtual tour will also provide an opportunity to meet and ask questions of some of the OjiFS team, including Wolf Lorenz, General Manager Packaging Austria; Jason Cairns Lawrence, QLD State Sales Manager; Sheahan Perera AAIP, Operations Manager; Sophie Guénon, Quality Manager; and Kerwin Ritchie, production manager.

OjiFS is an Australasian producer of commercial pulp, paper and fibre-based packaging with integrated logistics and paper recycling services in New Zealand, closing the loop in the value chain and making it a key player in the circular bioeconomy.

OjiFS creates shared value by harnessing the power of sustainably managed New Zealand-grown beam pine to produce quality products that are used every day in households and businesses across Australasia and in more than 30 countries worldwide.

OjiFS is part of the global Oji Group, the fifth largest pulp and paper conglomerate in the world.
