Iceni Gold (ICL) has discovered gold anomalies in deep wells through air core drilling (AC) as part of a 14-mile well project on the west coast of Lake Kerry in Western Australia.

The company obtained all the results of analyzes on the 132-well AC drilling program at the Deep Well with a total length of 6,860 meters around the original diamond drilling (DD) program.

The DD program was the result of the discovery of gold anomaly in historical exploration work and was designed for testing down and along the strike.

Drilling on the target FMW44 revealed two significant gold crossings at two meters at 0.14 grams per tonne of gold from 34 to 36 meters at FMAC0022 and two meters at 0.13 g / t of gold from 8 to 10 meters at FAMC0077.

The crossings were drilled for significant historical drilling results, which included four meters with a gold content of 0.66 g / t, four meters at 0.14 g / t of gold, and five meters at 3.22 g / t of gold.

It is assumed that the identified gold anomalies further strengthen the potential for the discovery of gold mineralization under the 14 Mile Well Project.

In addition, the company received the results of the CSIRO UFF Machine Learning Analysis (ML) throughout the 14 Mile Well project.

These results are currently being tested for other facilities in the Deep Well area.

The review is expected to help the company prioritize deep well and other goals identified as part of the 14 Mile Well residential package.

Further exploration work on the Deep Well is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2022.

At the close of the market, shares of Iceni Gold were in the gray state, trading at 11.5 cents.
