The McKinney Fire has burned more than 50,000 acres in Siskiyou County, California and is zero percent contained as of Sunday, July 31, according to Cal Fire. Firefighters battled the blaze in difficult conditions as the Klamath National Forest Service said hot, dry weather contributed to its rapid spread. Videos released by Nina Rai, who said the footage was taken in Siskiyou County on Saturday and Sunday, show smoke limiting visibility. Rai said the smoke, which had a strong smell, blocked the sunlight. Posted by Nina Rai, author of Amazing Ayodhya via Storyful
