Joe Ann Ruhl will head the ANZ Workday

Working day announced that John Ann Ruhl is the new Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of ANZ. Stephen Jack, who has held this role for more than four years, will remain as director, helping to advise and support Rule on business strategies and clients.

Ruhl joined Workday in 2018 and successfully led and assisted in the development of the midsize business team and customers. Over the past two decades, she has built her career in the technology industry in a variety of management positions, including positions in Oracle and Infor.

“Jo-Ann’s ability to build high-performance teams and deliver strong results for clients and businesses is fully in line with the fact that our ANZ business is moving to the next stage of its growth. It’s always nice to move in from the inside, and JoNn is perfect for partnering with our clients on their path to digital transformation, ”said David Webster, president of Workday Asia Pacific and Japan.

“I am very excited to take this opportunity at Workday, leading a strong and dynamic team and continuing to grow ANZ’s business,” Ruhl said.

“As I take on this new role, I see even greater opportunities to work closely with our clients as they seek to deploy innovative financial and human resource solutions to support their needs in a changing world of work.”
