Australian vaccination numbers:
* As of Saturday, 54,580,411 doses of the vaccine had been administered in the national release against COVID-19, including 22,939 recorded in the previous 24 hours.
* Of this total, 34,344,784 were managed by Commonwealth facilities, which is 12,754 more than the previous 24 hours.
* State and territorial institutions introduced 20,235,627 vaccines, which is 10,185 more than in the last 24 hours.
* More than 95 percent of people aged 16 and older received at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine, and 94.60 percent received twice.
* A total of 11,874,570 people received more than two doses – with a booster or additional injection – in the last 24 hours more than 38,905 people.
AUSTRALIAN LIMES OF CORANAVIRUS:
* 23,833 new cases: 9,017 in New Wales, 5,645 in Victoria, 3,677 in Queensland, 2,365 in Western Australia, 1,577 in South Australia, 784 in Tasmania, 533 in ACT and 235 in the Northern Territory.
* National death toll is 5425 (+10): Victoria 2594 (+2), NSW 1943 (+5), Queensland 591 (+1), South Australia 190, ACT 34, NT 29 (+1), Tasmania 26 and WA 11 (+1). (Two Queenslanders who died in NSW were included in the official gatherings of both states).
