Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox may need to pay back after being accused of “mocking” Christianity with their Halloween costumes.
The Bloody Valentine The rocker donned black and red priestly robes while holding a chain around the actress’ neck.
Fox, meanwhile, was dressed in black PVC lingerie, fishnet stockings, thigh-high black boots and a silk shawl. Page six reports.
“On Sundays we take communion,” Fox – signed the photo set on Sunday, which appeared to show Kelly feeding her a communion wafer.
“Make it a mockery of ANY other religion/worldview and everyone will be very upset. I swear the obsession with mocking Jesus and the Christian faith is so disgusting and hateful. But not surprised,” wrote one of the commentators.
“Have you noticed that Christianity is the only religion that is openly mocked and people find it funny? Hmm, said another.
A third wrote: “Absolutely do not like these suits. And mocking communion is boring to me. I’m a fan of both of you, but damn, that was just a terrible moment for me!”
However, this wasn’t Fox and Kelly’s first Halloween 2022 costume to cause controversy.
The couple previously posted other photos of themselves dressed as Tommy Lee and Pamela Anderson.
In the clip Kelly shared, he was shown sniffing and licking “cocaine” (presumably fake, though unclear) from Fox’s chest.
“Happy Halloween virgin,” he wrote Instagram carousel photo from Friday’s Casamigos party.
“Okay, but this? Hell, can your music be good without drugs? Not so much,” wrote one follower, referring to Kelly’s large fan base of teenage girls.
“He thinks he can post a video of him doing the af***ing line, crossing the af***ing line after every artist we’ve had to overdose on in the last few years,” another person said.
The couple, who got engaged in January, were even criticized for choosing such a suit.
“Tommy Lee got handcuffed and sent to jail for six months for spousal abuse, but apparently it’s trendy now, yeah,” one Twitter user wrote alongside a photo of the pair in suits.
