Monique Ryan is “the only person less prepared for the details” than Albanese

Senator from the Citizens Matt Canavan says Kuyonga’s independent candidate Monique Ryan is “about the only person less prepared for the details” than opposition leader Anthony Albanese after today’s debate.

“The fact that she can’t put a price here is a complete departure from the impact of her policies on people,” he told Sky News presenter Paul Murray.

“Her policy will lead to people losing their jobs, her policy will lead to people losing their homes, her policy will lead to the breakdown of families.

“That’s where people with big money don’t seem to understand the impact of their choices … on the real lives of people who do it hard every week.”
