The fourth stage of SpeedSeries will take place this weekend at Sydney Motorsport Park, and two hours of night racing will be shown live and free on 9Gem.
From 5.30pm to 7.30pm on Saturday night the race from SMP will be broadcast live on free TV.
This is the first time SpeedSeries has been shown at Gem since Saturday’s first tour in Tasmania.
Two hours of Saturday night included the starting races of TCR Australia, the Australian S5000 Racing Championship and the Trans Am National Series.
All three races will be held at dusk and at night, and the track in Sydney will be illuminated by its excellent permanent lighting systems.
Free coverage on 9GEM will air from 5.30pm on Saturday night, and the broadcast will lead directly to the Super Rugby Pacific match between NSW Waratahs and the Blues.
The report on 9Gem complements the coverage of SpeedSeries without advertising, live and on demand, which can be seen on Stan Sport.
The coverage of Stan Sport starts on Saturday at 11:30 and will last until 19:30 on AEST, the telecast ends on Sunday, showing the race from 11 am to 5 pm on AEST.
The SpeedSeries round will feature seven racing categories, led by TCR, S5000 and Trans Am, joined by the ever-popular Touring Car Masters, Porsche Sprint Challenge, Radical Cup Australia, production cars and the Prototype series.
