The big discovery of dinosaurs

Kids can unleash their inner archaeologist in the large dig area to find dinosaur bones, dinosaur eggs and meet animatronic creatures from the Cretaceous period, from Velociraptor to Triceratops and Tyrannosaurus Rex.

SIX Musical
Produced by Tony Award-winning musical phenomenon Toby Marlowe and Lucy Moss, SIX will bring the Australian production to the Crown Theater in November.
The captivating performance remixes the stories of the six wives of Britain’s famed Tudor King Henry VIII – Catherine of Aragon, Anne Boleyn, Jane Seymour, Anne of Cleves, Catherine Howard and Catherine Parr – as they transform into pop princesses and sing their rebellious tales.
Tickets are already on sale sixthemusical.com and if its record 15-week run at the Sydney Opera House is anything to go by, the show should be an exciting addition to Perth’s theater scene.

Dare to do it
If you’re a Escape to the Chateau fan like us (if not, you should put the series on your watch list), you’ll be delighted to hear that the inspirational Dick and Angel Strawbridge are coming to Perth for their Dare To Do It Tour.
The TV stars – who famously renovated their home, Chateau de la Motte Husson in France, from a rickety old building into a fairytale castle – will take to the stage at the Perth Concert Hall on February 12.
Designer Angel and retired lieutenant colonel, engineer and chef Dick will tell viewers exciting insights about their journey; who are they, where are they from, how did they meet and why did they dare to do this!

Georgie Aue’s album launch
If you’re up for a fun night out tonight, Australian pianist and vocalist Georgie Aue launches her third album Desert Cry at the Ellington Jazz Club with her incredible nine piece band. Written and recorded over the past two years in Perth and Adelaide, the audience is treated to an evening of Latin rhythms, sweet jazz harmonies and a whole lot of groove.

Artisans of the republic 2022
Republic of FremantleThe exciting dinner series is back after a sold-out first season last year. It will feature a talented line-up of WA artisans, chefs and cocktail makers serving up unique flavors and ingredients. Coming up are the Mushroom Guys on September 29, followed by the Dirty Clean Feast — “a dreamy feast for meat lovers starring regeneratively grown dishes” — with tickets still available for the October 20 event. For $110, guests will receive a four-course dinner (or eight courses for mushroom pickers) and four matching cocktails.
