YOUR HANDS ARE YOUR FIRST LINE OF DEFENSE, TAKE CARE OF THEM!
Hand sanitizers and constant hand washing can be harsh on your hands, causing them to dry out and crack. It is important to maintain the integrity of the skin, without cracks, fissures and untreated areas that allow viruses and bacteria to directly access your body.
If you are at home and have washed your hands, apply a moisturizer to keep your hands in good condition. If it’s hard during the day, apply a generous amount every night when you go to bed.
To intensively moisturize your hands overnight, apply a generous amount of moisturizer and then put on disposable gloves on top. Leave them for a few hours or overnight.
Also, when the weather gets colder, your hands will suffer even more, so start taking care of your hands now, they are your first line of defense! (If your hands are affected and you have fiery or cracked skin, always wear gloves outside the house.)
