SATURDAY

St George Illawarra Dragons vs Warriors 3pm at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium

Jack Bird 12. Josh McGuire 10. Jack de Belin 13. Tariq Sims 14. Jayden Sullivan 16. Aaron Woods 20. Jack Gosiewski

Team Tips: Enforcer Josh McGuire is set for an injury lay-off after a groin injury cut short his 250th milestone match. Andrew McCullough is racing the clock to return from a thumb injury with Moses Mbye likely to play hooker as he did last week. Rookie Tyrell Sloan made some errors in his return at fullback, but could hold his spot at No.1.

Last week’s Warriors team:1. Reece Walsh 2. Dallin Watene-Zelezniak 3. Viliami Vailea 4. Adam Pompey 5. Marcelo Montoya 6. Daejarn Asi 7. Shaun Johnson 8. Addin Fonua-Blake 13. Jazz Tevaga 10. Team Tips: Nathan Brown is hopeful Euan Aitken (head knock) and Chanel Harris-Tavita (groin) will return from injury in Round 11, with Daejarn Asi likely to drop out of the halves and Jack Murchie likely to move to the bench. Tohu Harris is a chance to start at lock after returning off the bench last week for his first game of the season, but he admitted he was down on match fitness. Jesse Arthars is also an outside chance of a return, likely shifting Viliami Vailea from the side. Wade Egan is also a chance to return, likely shifting Jazz Tevaga back to the bench or No.13 jersey and Freddy Lussick out of the 17.

North Queensland Cowboys vs Melbourne Storm 5.30pm at Queensland Country Bank Stadium

Last week’s Cowboys team: 1. Scott Drinkwater 2. Kyle Feldt 3. Valentine Holes 4. Peta Hiku 5. Murray Taulagi 6. Tom Dearden 7. Chad Townsend 8. Jordan McClean 9 Reece Robson 10. Reuben Cotter 11. Tom Gilbert 12. Jeremiah Nanai 13. Jason Taumalolo 14. Hamiso Tabaui-Fidow 15. Helium Luki 16. Coen Hess 17. Griffin Neame

Team Tips: The Cowboys have stayed relatively clear of injuries this season, and again come away from Magic Round with no casualties. Tom Gilbert will escape a suspension for a careless high tackle if he takes the early plea. Todd Payten has an interesting decision on his hands, with both Scott Drinkwater and Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow in-form. Tabuai-Fidow will certainly be growing frustrated starting off the bench, but Drinkwater’s form has made it impossible for Payten to drop him.

Last week’s Storm team: 15. Tyran Wishart 1. Nick Meaney 3. Marion Seve 4. Justin Olam 5. Xavier Coates 6. Cameron Munster 18. Cooper Johns 8. Jesse Bromwich 9. Harry Grant 10. Team Tips: Winger Xavier Coates battled a groin injury against the Panthers but should be OK to take on the Cowboys. Craig Bellamy is hopeful halfback Jahrome Hughes will return from a calf injury, but he will be racing the clock to prove his fitness and is unlikely at this stage. Prop Nelson Asofa-Solomona has been ruled out with a medial ligament injury and will likely return in Round 12. Brandon Smith is an option to start at prop as well as Tui Kamikamica, with Tom Eisenhuth the likely man to slot onto the bench.

Sydney Roosters vs Penrith Panthers 7.35pm at Sydney Cricket Ground

Last week’s Roosters team: 1. James Tedesco 2. Daniel Tupou 3. Paul Momirovski 4. Joseph Manu 5. Joseph Suaalii 6. Sam Walker 7. Luke Keary 8. Jared Waerea-Hargreaves 14. Drew Hutchison 10. Siosiua Taukeiaho 11. Angus Crichton 12. Sitili Tupouniua 13. Victor Radley 9. Connor Watson 15. Fletcher Baker 16. Nat Butcher 17. Daniel Suluka-Fifita

Team Tips: Lock Victor Radley is set for a stint on the sidelines with an ankle injury with Siosiua Taukeiaho or Nat Butcher to fill the void at lock. Lindsay Collins will also make a return from suspension, likely pushing Jared Waerea-Hargreaves to the bench or taking a spot on the pine himself. Adam Keighran should be fit for their crucial Panthers clash but may find it hard to displace Robinson’s backline after a strong performance across the board. Sitili Tupouniua left the field with a HIA and will need to pass concussion protocols to be deemed fit to play.

Last week’s Panthers team: 1. Dylan Edwards 2. Taylan May 3. Izack Tago 4. Stephen Crichton 5. Brian To’o 6. Jarome Luai 7. Nathan Cleary 8. Moses Leota 9. Apisai Koroisau 10. James Fisher-Harris 11. Viliame Kikau 12. Liam Martin 13. Isaah Yeo 14. Mitch Kenny 15. Scott Sorensen 16. Spencer Leniu 17. Jaeman Salmon

SUNDAY

South Sydney Rabbitohs vs Canberra Raiders 2pm at Apex Oval, Dubbo

Last week’s Rabbitohs team: 1. Blake Taaffe 2. Alex Johnston 3. Jaxson Paulo 4. Campbell Graham 5. Taane Milne 6. Cody Walker 7. Lachlan Ilias 8. Tevita Tatola 9. Damien Cook 10. Thomas Burgess 11. Keaon Koloamatangi 12. Jacob Host 13. Jai Arrow 14. Kodi Nikorima 15. Davvy Moale 16. Siliva Havili 17. Liam Knight 18. Peter Mamouzelos 19. Isaiah Tass

Team Tips: Second-rower Jacob Host is set for a stint on the sidelines after dislocating his shoulder for the second time this season and will likely be forced to have surgery. Hame Sele is set for a return and could take up the No.13 role, pushing Jai Arrow onto an edge.

Last week’s Raiders team: 1. Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad 2. Nick Cotric 3. Matthew Timoko 4. Sebastian Kris 5. Jordan Rapana 6. Matt Frawley 7. Brad Schneider 8. Josh Papalii’i 25. Zac Woolford 10. Joseph Tapine 11. Hudson Young 12. Elliott Whitehead 13. Corey Harawira-Naera 14. Tom Starling 15. Ryan Sutton 16. Xavier Savage 17. Corey Horsburgh

Team Tips: Ricky Stuart’s side will welcome marquee man Jack Wighton back into the starting side, likely forcing Matt Frawley to slot into the No.9 jersey or in the utility role, depending on how Stuart wants to line-up. Zac Woolford was strong on debut and could remain in the side, with Frawley dropping out of the 17. The Raiders have another selection headache, with Semi Valemei set for a return. Sebastis Kris put in a strong performance against the Sharks and could hold his spot if Valemei isn’t deemed 100% fit.

Gold Coast Titans vs Cronulla Sharks 4.05pm at Cbus Super Stadium

Last week’s Titans team: 1. Jayden Campbell 5. Jamayne Isaako 2. Phillip Sami 4. Esan Marsters 19. Corey Thompson 6. AJ Brimson 7. Toby Sexton 8. Moeaki Fotuaika 9. Erin Clark 10. Jarrod Wallace 11. Isaac Liu 12. Beau Fermor 13. Tino Fa’asuamaleaui 14. Tanah Boyd 15. Sam Lisone 16. Herman Ese’ese 17. Sam McIntyre

Team Tips: David Fifita is nearing a return but no risks will be taken with the million-dollar backrower. Justin Holbrook’s side came away unscathed in their win over the Dragons and will likely line-up with the same 17. Jaimin Jolliffe was named as the replacement player, returning from injury and could force his way onto the bench in place of Sam McIntyre.

Last week’s Sharks team: 1. Nicho Hynes 2. Sione Katoa 3. Connor Tracey 4. Siosifa Talakai 5. Ronaldo Mulitalo 6. Matt Moylan 7. Braydon Trindall 8. Toby Rudolf 9. Blayke Brailey 13. Dale Finucane 11. Briton Nikora 12. Teig Wilton 14. Cameron McInnes 10. Aiden Tolman 15. Jack Williams 16. Wade Graham 17. Royce Hunt

Team Tips: Dale Finucane is set to be sidelined for an unknown period after suffering a knee injury and a head knock. Aiden Tolman is the likely replacement, but Royce Hunt’s strong performance could see him land the starting prop spot. Jack Williams also suffered a shoulder injury and will likely miss Round 11. Andrew Fifita will be a chance of sitting on the pine again for Finucane, while Franklin Pele or Jensen Taumoepeau could also get a bench spot. Craig Fitzgibbon also has a big selection decision on his hands after the halves pairing of Trindall and Moylan failed to fire. Nicho Hynes is a crucial figure in the halves for the Sharks and could shift back to the No. 7. Rugby Sevens recruit Lachie Miller has reportedly been close to a debut for a number of weeks after performing strongly for feeder club Newtown Jets. Fitzgibbon could be set to finally make the call and bring the 27-year-old into the side.
