Natalie Portman could become the most powerful Marvel star “pound for pound” if new shots remain.
The actress stunned fans after photos that teased Thor: Love and Thunder were posted online showcasing her magnificent body transformation.
Most notable to fans were her toned arms, which were greatly strengthened after roles in the film “Jackie”, “Black Swan” or even her previous turns in the role of astrophysicist Jane Foster in the Marvel cinematic universe.
“Buff Natalie Portman makes me feel kind of typical,” one person wrote on Twitter.
Another said, “Ladies and gentlemen, King and Queen of Asgard. My God, Madame Natalie Portman looks great. “
The photos, which are spreading, show the Star Wars actress sitting next to her colleague Tessa Thompson, who plays Valkyrie.
Last week, Portman – dressed as the Mighty Thor – stands next to Chris Hemsworth of Australia.
Earlier, Portman showed that she was hit hard in the gym prepare for the role.
“It was a lot of fun. I worked with the coach, Naomi Pendergast, four months before the filming, and then, obviously, during all the filming, ”she said.
“We did a lot of weight training and a lot of protein shakes – heavyweight workouts that I’ve never done before.
“Of course, I never aspired to be bulky. It was very physical, so it was a lot of work on both dexterity and strength. “
Portman said the training made her feel “strong for the first time in her life.”
“Thor: Love and Thunder” will be released in July.
